Supported Living Team Lead

Ability and Choice Services, Inc. is expanding and we are seeking a dynamic Supported Living Team Lead to spearhead the growth of our Tooele Supported Living Program. This pivotal role is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a significant impact in the lives of adults with disabilities and have a vision for enhancing and expanding services.

Role Overview:

• Office Location: South Salt Lake
• Schedule: Full-time position with flexible scheduling to meet program needs and ensure operational excellence.
• Responsibilities: As the Supported Living Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Supported Living Program, mentor and manage a team of caregivers, develop and implement strategies for program growth, and ensure the highest quality of care and support for our clients.

Who We're Looking For:

• Proven leadership in the human services field, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in supported living or similar settings.
• Minimum qualifications include being 21 years or older, possessing a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and the ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building teams and fostering professional development.
• A visionary leader who is passionate about enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and has innovative ideas for program expansion.
