This Program Manager position earns a competitive starting wage starting at $16/hr, depending on experience. We provide great full-time benefits that include medical plans starting as low as $90/month. We are currently offering a $500, inquire at interview.

As a Program Manager, you assist a Regional Director with working in private homes and supervising Supported Living, quality assurance, scheduling, writing reports and filling in for staff out. Working out of our Draper office, you'll have around 10 clients and 8 p/t or f/t staff shared with our Day Hub.

You ensure that services are implemented safely, effectively, and according to established standards. Your excellent interpersonal & communication skills are instruments for your success as you interact with clients, their families and staff.


  • Clean background and decent driving record
  • Ability to work independently with good organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (writing, typing, and speaking)
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain and train on electronic record-keeping (Therap)
  • A heart for serving people with developmental disabilities

Preference will be given to candidates, one year of experience working in a supervisory role with adults in a social services setting is also preferred and ACRE certification, however, we will train quality candidates.
